Elite Introductions - Terms & COnditions

In becoming a member of Elite International Introductions (EII), I agree to adhere to the terms and conditions as set out below;

1. 1) At the time of joining, I am at least 18 years of age and either single, widowed, divorced or legally separated.  I hereby declare that I have no criminal record, history of mental illness or patterns of substance abuse.

    

   2) I declare all the information I have provided EII is true and accurate.  I understand EII is not responsible for the truth and accuracy of any material provided by its members and  I release EII from all liability, losses, damages, claims, demands, cause of action, lawsuits and expenses arising out of the use of its services, any breach or violation of the agreement or negligence or willful misconduct.  EII does not conduct background checks on its members.

    

   3) EII reserves the right to terminate a membership without notice if the client is abusive, discriminatory, continues to harass any other members after clearly being told to cease communication, transmits offensive messages and/or images including pornography, is suspected of having or is found to have engaged in any fraudulent or criminal activity, not adhering to EII dating etiquette and for the breach of points 1-2 listed above.  Further, as a member I agree not to disclose any of my experiences, or the identity of anyone I have met through EII to other members or anyone including media outlets without the permission of the member and EII. Further insisting on uncovering personal information about a member including who or how many people they have dated is considered a breach of EII dating etiquette. There will be no reimbursement or credit if membership is terminated due to the violation of the above mentioned terms and conditions.  EII has no liability to you if it terminates your membership and you waive all rights you may have had against EII in respect of such conduct.

    

   4) All members are responsible for ensuring their behaviour with other members is polite, considerate and complies with all applicable laws.   If you do not comply with all clauses of this agreement, you release and discharge EII from all rights, claims, actions, suits, proceedings and claims you may have had against EII. 

   
   5) EII is not involved in member to member communications and meetings and so in the event that a conflict arises with another member, to the extent permitted by law, I release EII from any claims, demands, lawsuits, cause of action and damages arising out of or in any way connected with such conflict.

    

   6) I give consent for EII to release personal information such as information gathered in my client profile which will only be sent to other EII clients.  Only my first name will be released and my phone number will not be released without my consent  However, EII may disclose personal information if we believe it is required by law. 

    

   7) I understand that gentlemen will call to arrange a date no later than 3 days after being given my mobile number.  Failure to call within 3 days will result in a warning and if this happens a further time, my membership will be revoked.  Every time I agree to meet with a member of EII, each meeting will be counted as an introduction.  EII does not offer any refunds for change of mind, meeting a partner outside this service or for any other reason. 

    

   8) I understand that the Elite and Ultimate membership can be placed on hold.  I am required to notify EII by email of the hold dates.  Also, I accept the responsibility to make EII aware of my desire to be matched and my availability.

    

   9) EII is a selective agency and may at any time refuse membership to any person without reason and at its sole discretion.  Further, I understand that EII can not guarantee to find me a partner.

    

   10) EII reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions and will post the new version on its website.  This agreement and any new version of it will take effect immediately.  Your continued use of services provided by EII means your acceptance of these terms and conditions and any changes.  This agreement will also be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New South Wales, Australia.
