Elite Introductions - Dating Agency with a difference

Elite Introductions was set up by Managing Director Trudy Gilbert who felt that there was a need for an exclusive and sophisticated dating agency that specialised in bringing single professionals together.

"In my own pursuit to find a partner as a busy single professional, I found that none of the available options catered for my requirements.  I wanted to meet a professional gentleman, wanting a serious relationship with similar interests.  Online dating was just too time consuming and produced disappointing results and I was not interested in meeting someone in a bar or nightclub.  In the end, I was fortunate enough to meet my husband through friends and that got me thinking.  What if you don’t have social networks to help you find a partner?  How do you meet a like minded professional in the sea of singles?  With a return to traditional matchmaking, I decided to open an agency that catered exclusively for single professional and had a targeted approach to  finding a life partner.  So now I tell my members to think of me as their well connected friend rather than a dating agency who can introduce them to a number of eligible successful singles.  It is so rewarding to know that we have make a difference in people’s lives by bringing them the greatest gift of all – love.” 

Elite Introductions opened its doors in 2005 to find they were inundated with enquiries from single professionals who were glad to find a dating agency which specialised in their niche market. Since then, Elite Introductions has grown quickly to become the leading and most respected private introductions agency and has introduced hundreds of successful singles who are currently dating and in long term relationships.

Trudy Gilbert holds a degree in Social Science and Policy and studied Psychology at the University of New South Wales.   She regularly gives presentations to students at business colleges on being a successful business owner and for personal reasons, she has chosen The Cancer Council to be the charity of choice for Elite Introductions.   She was also nominated as a finalist for the Small Business Champion Awards for New Business and Entrepreneur of the year.
